Task Description: I need a licensed electrician to remove a standard ceiling light fitting and install a ceiling fan in its place. Details: Current fitting: standard flush-mount ceiling light (see photo). New fitting: ceiling fan (with/without integrated light – please advise if a particular type is recommended).
