Hi! We hired an electrician to replace the light fittings in two rooms with ceiling fans. But we discovered that there are circular holes cut into the ceiling in both rooms for the previous light fittings. Approximately 20 cm diameter each. We need these filled and reinforced sufficiently to support the weight of the ceiling fans. (In the photo you'll see tape covering the hole to stop any vermin from coming through.) We have ladder access to the ceiling/roof cavity. Regarding the time of day, before 10:00 am, or between 2:00 and 6:00 pm weekdays, would be great. Weekends are more flexible. I have one large tv and large mirror that I want mounted onto a plasterboard stud wall. I believe the stud are aluminium but not sure of this. I have the TV bracket but all screws and tools to be supplied by the person completing the task. TV is a Sony Bravia 2014 weighing 34kg and mirror is also heavy (probably similar weight to the TV). Mirror picture is vertical but we want it hung horizontally.
