Extractor fan switch in bathroom has shorted. Switch is loose but fan sometimes randomly turns on if loose switch is touched or when toggling adjacent light switch. Slight spark can occur when loose extractor fan switch is toggled. There was a small stream of smoke when it first happened.

Electrician to install a ceiling fan. Will need to remove a pendant light. Ceiling fan already purchased.

I have a large (700x700) perspex light fitting and some steel cables that are already hung from the studs in the ceiling. I need someone to come with ladders and attach the fitting to the steel cables with swages or similar. You will need to join the steel onto itself with your own tools. Electricals are all done, I just need help getting it physically up on the ceiling.
