Change 1 burnt down light

I would like to change my smoke alarm. At the moment, I’m not quite sure if it’s a wired one or a battery powered one. My downstairs powder room’s exhausting fan is not working. I tried to switch on, but it doesn’t work. The garage light is not working.

Location: Glenroy VIC 3046 Job: Replace 3 security motion sensors. New sensors are on site ready to install. Old and new devices images attached. I’ve confirmed the new sensor is compatible with my existing system. Install a dimmer switch on existing light switch. No parts obtained. Current light switch has two switches, I would like to add an additional dimmer to one of the lights, either inside the same switch unit or a dimmer switch installed directly next to the existing switch. Please make an offer for the task, happy to negotiate based on terms.

The outdoor electric access box is accessible to all. I would like someone to come and install a lock system on the box. I will separately buy the lock but you need to install something that can make the box lockable. Please suggest something if what I’m saying doesn’t make sense

We are looking for someone to test and tag our electrical appliances. Microwave, Electric Deep fryer and a small fridge.

Install an outdoor electrical point to be used for a new hot water gas continuous flow unit. It’s a single story house and the electrical unit is to be installed in the backyard, there’s no switch board around so probably will have to be drilled through to get wiring from the bedroom behind the external wall. See attached pictures for your reference.

Property has old model socket (611ST socket) and also wire is broken. Seems it need new model installed( probably RJ11).

Optus has visited and advised that the cable from the NBN box to the modem has been damaged by pests and needs replacing before they return. Approx 7 meters using roof space. They recommend placing it with a cab 5 or 6 in piping to protect it in the future.

My partner and I are moving into our first home together. Prior to renovations, we’d like to add a few power points where needed (amount TBC)and confirm TV aerials as well as any other basic electrical components etc. We also require a disconnect of all appliances prior to renovations commencing. Once renovations are completed, we need all new appliances (standard size Westinghouse) including a gas cooktop, electric oven/ range hood, sink, tap and dishwasher connected. We’re also looking to install two ring doorbells and some new lights around the house (down-lights and a feature light). TV mounting would also help if possible.
