Current exhaust fan is making weird sound and I’ll need to change it. I have bought a new fan, will just need someone to install it. It’s DIY plug in, not hardwired. You might need to bring a duct reducer. We also identified there’s yellow stain on the ceiling but it doesn’t spread after heavy rain. We’re wondering if there’s an issue on duct. Hi I need kitchen fuse fixed as the sockets have stopped working on one wall of kitchen.

Install 7 downlights. Replace old downlights with new one I bought. Note that the new one has power plug in type and the old ones are male to female plug. See pictures.
