I’m seeking help with (1) a severe vibration/resonance issue on my existing split system, and (2) a quote to supply and install 3 new split systems for the bedrooms at my property in Wilson (Perth). 1. Existing AC – Severe Vibration/Resonance (Outdoor Unit) * The outdoor unit is wall-mounted on a weatherboard exterior wall. * Fan-only mode is quiet, but when cooling/heating starts (compressor running), the unit vibrates heavily and produces a strong low-frequency hum. * The vibration/resonance transmits through the wall/timber frame into the adjacent bedroom and is disturbing sleep. Could you please inspect and advise the best fix? I’m open to solutions such as: * identifying/eliminating any pipe contact points or mounting issues * installing proper anti-vibration isolators/mounts (suitable for low-frequency vibration) * reinforcing/reworking the bracket if required * relocating the outdoor unit to a ground slab/stand if that’s the most effective option 2. New Install – Quote for 3x Bedroom Split Systems I’d like to install 3 split systems in the bedrooms. Had a rocket control panel switch installed 2 years ago in my Jeep Wrangler which wired up my spot lights / light bar and rear lights. It just went in for repairs and they have replaced my old spot lights for ARB intensity lights and haven’t wired into the rocket switch, also my light bar has now stopped working. Need the following done. 1. Check the connection of my light bar to see what’s happened. 2. Rewire the ARB lights into the rocket switch (has its own touchpad to turn on and to increase the intensity) 3. Install stedi lights onto A-Pillars (windshield lights) have all the cabling and wire into the rocket switch. Note - Haven’t put a proper price can pay by the hour :)
