Install ceiling fans (4)in the patio

Bought a new air con for summer, need a qualified electrician with full credentials to install new unit (tested on site) and remove old unit.

Some electrical wiring above / around the spindles got broken and hanging .

I need to install 2 down lights, a two way light switch, one in garage and one on the inside of same wall, and replace an already installed tube light in the garage.

I need a bosch electric stove top installed and old one removed and a Westinghouse microwave built in installed. As well as two powerpoint replaced in kitchen.

Remove existing light and fixture, and replace with a 15W or similar LED Downlight

I have two tvs that I need power point hung. There is PowerPoints at bottom of walls so power running should be simple.

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans with 3 new ones,(in bedroom, family room & kitchen) which we have purchased. Plus another new ceiling fan in lounge to replace a light fitting in lounge room. Also need 5 smoke alarms to be provided and installed (Clipsal). Provide & install 1 Dimmer switch to replace old one in bedroom. Maybe one outside spotlight as well, as the spotlight casing has broken near the laundry door.

Connect outdoor fan and lights. Run wires down the wall and connect to existing switch.

One aircon (5kw Mitsubishi HI) replacement back to back (replacing old one with new) in living room. and second (2kw, Mitsubishi HI) is new installation in bedroom which is not back to back but just little side installation as have big window in bedroom. Remove 3 pendants above kitchen island and replace with single hanging light frame centred Replace old fluro light with new light fixture (I pulled the old out already there wasn't any slack - stupid me) Add an additional downlight right next to another. I have all the lights available. Repost due to no show would like completed asap. Let me know when you can complete in your offer

Lights keep tripping out, which includes smoke alarms and exhaust fan in bathroom as all run on light circuit. Has been going on for a few month's have tried to get electrician's out but they all seem too busy.
