Hello, We are looking for a licensed electrician to attend our retail store, in Claremont, to install a missing cover on our ceiling track lighting. The Issue: The cover for a 90-degree corner joiner on our black ceiling track lighting system has come off and is now missing. This has left the internal wiring terminals exposed, which is a potential safety concern and looks unprofessional and unfinished. The Job: The task is to make the track light corner safe and aesthetically complete again. The scope of work will involve: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Inspecting the exposed electrical connection to ensure it is safe and secure. 3. Sourcing and supplying a new, compatible black corner cover for the track lighting system. 4. Correctly installing the new cover so that it is secure and sits flush, concealing all wiring. Please note: The successful contractor MUST source and supply the correct replacement cover. The cost for this part must be included in your final offer, as we do not have a spare. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured WA Electrician. This is essential for assessing and working on the exposed electrical component. - You must have your own tools, including an appropriate A-frame ladder suitable for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial track lighting systems is highly desirable to help identify and source the correct part. 10 year old new build house with too many circuits all on one breaker. Using the toaster and kettle at the same time causes breaker to go off

I am looking to have either an exterior light installed or failing that, a power point so i can plug my own light in. There is power going to the air-conditioning unit outside that I am hoping can be tapped into. Otherwise there is a powerpoint inside the apartment just inside the sliding door. shown in the 3rd photo Obviously needs to be done by a qualified electrician. Two electric bikes. One needs wires removed to put a new seat on and put back together after. Maybe an issue with the electrics. The other has electrical issues, the bike works perfectly when you have the back wheel of the ground, when you sit on it to ride it, it only goes about 8 kms/perhour. Require a GPO (power point) to be placed in a dressing room in a retail store for LED strip lighting to be plugged into. Lighting strip is already placed around the mirror, we just need a power point to plug them in. Images shows the strip lighting that has been added to around the mirror.

We need to change location of switches for ceiling lights after removing some walls. The switch will be located on different walls. It is on the ground floor of 2 storey unit. Ceiling is concrete slab. No suspended ceiling.
