Two down lights need replacing They have old transformers that need to be swapped / changed to modern style plug and play. I have new lights and transformers. Lights are in ceiling but accessible via small step ladder.

Need 4 electrical points featured (2x GPO and 2 light switches) to be relocated further up from the existing plaster wall (as half the wall will be removed)

Two minor electrical tasks for our beach house in Blairgowrie. The first job is to relocate an existing internal power point around 40cm lower on a bedroom wall. The wall is plasterboard / stud wall. Install a white cover plate over the spot of the old power point. The second task is to install a new internal double power point in another room. It will require drilling through the wall which is a 190mm wide concrete block wall and connecting to the existing electrical cable on the outside of the wall, which I believe is around 5m away along the outside of that wall. All materials to be supplied by the contractor. White colour internal fittings to be used. Provide a certificate of electrical safety at end of job. - Due date: Before Saturday, 16 December 2023
