I have a very old oven that needs to be removed prior to starting a kitchen renovation. It's hardwired, whereas the new oven is a standard 3-pin plug. I require the following jobs to be completed: - Remove old oven/sort the old wiring. - Install new power point for the new oven. - Move another power point so it meets WA regulations regarding distance from cooktop. - Rescue my hardwired smoke alarm from the roof cavity (or install a new one).

there is moisture in the wall that a shower is attached to due to shower frame seal damage. On the other side of this wall is the bathroom entrance door light switch from the hallway. I sense that the water maybe getting too close to the switch. Looking for confirmation and suggestion of repair services.
