A room in a Granny flat has the light not working, looked at trip switch and no issue there, We think it needs re wiring as I’m not sure if the flat has been an import

Need an electrical wall plug installed on right side of stove where the tile backsplash is (blue circle pictured). Currently an electrical wall plug is close by for the fridge as pictured. This wall is exterior facing on the other side. Must look neatly finished.

Error seems to be a communication issue between the indoor and outdoor units. I’d like someone to inspect and repair the unit to get it back to full working order. Outdoor unit is located on the roof.

Replace a 60cm slide out range hood. One light switch needs repair/replacing and so does one power point. Top switch not switching smoothly and powerpoint does not allow plug to go in fully in to the power socket.

Smoke alarm randomly beeps

I only put $10 as I had to put something, happy to agree on a price My house in Balga goes on the market 6/4/24 & the electrician I had lined up has had to cancel due to unwell family. This is what’s needed: 1. Replace bathroom heat lamp light fitting - the tenant left the heat lamp on & melted the cover so the whole unit needs replacing. It’s two heat lights & normal light - the exhaust is a separate unit 2. Check light in front entry (inside) as the light flickers when first turning on. Once on it’s ok. It may be the switch, it may be the light..happy to change to a down light if needed. Cheapest but effective changeover if possible. 3. Check all power points work including the one that ran a spa in the rear yard, fixing any not working (I think they all work) 4. The window in laundry - my alarm system tells me the window is open & wont arm. It’s shut 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so if you can check that? 5. Provide electrical safety certificate (real estate agent would like one). Please let me know if you can assist in time for the home open. Even if just the bathroom lamp light as that’s the only obvious problem. The rest can wait to final inspection. Thank you ☺️
