I was cleaning the ceiling light fixture, and when I removed the bracket, it came off along with a piece of the drywall. When I tried to reinstall it, there were too many holes and the screws would no longer hold. I need someone to repair the ceiling, patch the damaged drywall, and reinstall the light fixture properly

I have a second door in the dining room that opens to the street. I would like to remove the door and its frame entirely and replace the opening with a drywall. The entire interior wall should then be painted to ensure a uniform finish. On the exterior, I want the closed-up area to match the existing façade, a rendered finish for a seamless look
