A tenanted apartment requires a couple of jobs to be done. 1. Fisher & Paykel dryer to be installed above a washing machine, unit came with the brackets for mounting, but a stud finder might come in handy :) 2. A ceiling light needs to be installed and we have the replacement light but it is larger than the existing hole, so a circular drill will be necessary. Thanks :)

I’m looking for someone to help fix LG washer-dryer combos persistent OE (drain) error on my unit. I’ve already gone through all the usual internet suggestions fixes — cleaned the drain pump filter, got plumber to checked and flushed the drain hose. Despite all that, the machine still shows the OE / 0C error and won’t drain properly. So I really need someone who knows what they’re doing — ideally a technician or a DIY expert familiar with LG combo units and control board diagnostics. The dryer door seems to have an issue as it stops running midway through the cycle - restarts when you push the door to trigger the lock mechanism again but stop shortly after
