Install 14 down lights - in 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms - includes new down lights, materials and labour

Located in Deanside, I require a qualified sparky to install a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. The fan is already supplied (Arlec black ceiling fan). I will need the current bedroom light removed and replaced with the fan as the fan has a light on it. Outdoor down lights will need to be installed by drilling holes through the pillars of the facade if the house. These have also been supplied. I have a colourbond roof and can easy be unscrewed to access through to the pillars. Please refer to images if you’re up for the job. Jobs can be priced separately if required

I have 2 downlights in the ceiling that need to be replaced - ground floor ceiling of a double storey building. New lights have not been bought yet. Dead ones are Viewlight LED 70mm 10W, Round Dim ,Silver, Warm white.

We are seeking quotes to cover the following services: 1. Install x2 new power points in our theatre room. (Closest existing point is behind this wall, at a right angle, on the exterior wall) 2. Install x1 new power point in our laundry room. (There is already one there at a higher point on the wall, the new one would go directly below at the standard position) 3. Replace existing ceiling lights from standard bulb fitting to downlight fittings: x1 toilet room, x1 bathroom, x1 wardrobe Note: The wardrobe light is desired to have a motion sensor capability (if possible, based on advice and estimate). I already have downlights so should not require quotes to include these parts (with the exception of advice on motion based request in the wardrobe). Single Storey House with colorbond roof.

I have 2 downlights in the ceiling that need to be replaced. I haven’t bought new lights because I am not sure which light will work. So, the electrician will need to visit and advise which lights I need. And then install those lights once I buy them in around 30 mins. The hole in the ceiling is 7cm in diameter and the old downlight is 6cm in diameter.
