Find local downlights installers in Seddon West

Hi All! I’ve just purchased a 1 story townhouse with 49 down lights that need an update. I need all 49 replaced with LED and whatever that entails :)

I have 18 old downlights with built-in transformers (photo attached). Need to get all replaced with sockets so that I can install new downlights myself.

Looking for an electrician to fix an old victorian home needs changing of downlights both in hallway and in bedroom (purchase LED lights (not supplied)). I believe the walls/ceiling is of a cement type material. Not the typical plasterboard which makes it harder. Likely require a consultation and quote before beginning so I can understand the scopes of works also. Based in Footscray. - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024

Looking for a qualified electrician to install a new hard wired smoke alarm. I have not purchased one yet but happy to do so before installation date. Photo of previous smoke alarm location and wiring below. Also looking to replace 8 x LED downlights but need advice first, the transformers don't appear to be working. Currently have sets of 4 lights operating off a single power point switch. One or two out of each set of 4 are not working with a total of 8 individual lights needing to be replaced. Would prefer to pay electrician to provide correct replacement lights/transformers then attempt to buy them myself. Photos below. Need to get work completed by 30th June. I need an electrician to replace a single 8cm wired downlight. I don't have a replacement downlight but I don't mind what kind replaces it. - Due date: Flexible

Require downlights to be installed in kitchen and living. Around 10-12 depending on best layout for the spaces as pictured. - Due date: Flexible

Ceiling was replastered and down light needs to be wired back in and recessed I got he new palsterboard - Due date: Flexible

I have 12 down light fittings and would like to switch them over so they can take GU10 bulbs I will buy my own bulbs, but I need someone to source and change the fixtures. Due date: Before Saturday, 26 November 2022

We have some strips of lighting across the ceiling which has be some lighting and cabling running through them. We don’t use those lights anymore and would like to take them down. Pictures attached.

Hi I have 22 halogen down lights that I’d like replaced with led downlights. I’ve bought the led down lights with complete fitting, I just need an electrician to change down lights over. Note kitchen ceiling is approximately 10 foot high so need a long ladder. I can fit in with your time schedule Require the job done anytime between 16-24 January 2021

Replace 2x low voltage down light connector leads (trace leads) that have broken off. See photos attached. This is a rental property so will need a qualified electrician. You will need to supply 2 connect leads and socket from the transformer to the globe. Remove faulty lead and replace. 2.7mt ceiling Height so ladder required. Or if you can solder and make good the old lead this is also acceptable. Just want the 2 light working again. Can be done in the next few days when you have spare time. Job is in Footscray VIC 3011.

Plaster is off ceiling. Light switch was previously run to 2 viper transformers with 2 downlights. I'd like to swap that for an appropriate transformer/s and 3 x 2.4m strip lights. Happy to pick up the parts or for you to quote. I can run the diffuser and LED strips, just want the wiring done by a Sparky please. Date and time negotiable.
