Installation of the following: 5x new downlights 1x new 3-light pendant 3x replacement of outdoor lights 1x heated towel rail installation (3-light pendant, outdoor lights, and heated towel rail provided by me) 2. Installation of 4x new double powerpoints 3. Wall mount 2x 75" TVs (will need extra care as one wall is behind the ensuite and will have some water pipes) The house is single story (less than a year old) with internal roof access via manhole. Certificate of Electrical Compliance/safety (COES) to be provided by Electrician upon completion.
