The brackets on top of the door tracker are chipped and need to be replaced. It means the door has come off the sliding track, and needs to be manually adjusted - this leaves a gap when closed so doesn't properly function.

The current handle is no longer functional as it has rusted and the bottom nail in the wooden frame doesn’t hold anymore, so a full new handle replacement is likely needed.
