Licensed and experience appliance technician is needed. Dishwasher is running but showing “E3” error, as per the manual it is heating element issue. Which make sense, as it is not hot after finishing cycle. If a new part required, would like to have a genuine part with receipt. Also, same brand oven is not heating up. I got my new Bosch dishwasher connected by a friend who said he knew how to do it. Something he has done is wrong though because the water doesn’t drain and the check water light blinks on the dishwasher and when you open the dishwasher, there is standing water which I’ve had to manually drain. Should not take more than 30 mins - 1 hour to sort in my opinion but need someone who knows what they are doing and run min. 2 cycles to ensure the water is being drained. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 10 July 2023

James wasnt able to find the fault of my Dwasher. He thought it was water pressure, then the inlet valve. He advised to buy from Miele & have them install it. He hinted he didnt want to return-cost me another $200. Call out fee from Miele-$179 for ½ hr. If there’s parts needing replacment its $7 every 5 min. Im disappointed there was no resolution &unsure if the valve will fix it. This cost me more money than just calling a repairer from Miele.
