Keep draining not filling up water

I ran the dishwasher on the “Intensive 65°C” cycle, but the dishes didn’t come out clean, and there was a large amount of water left inside the machine after the cycle finished. Now, although the indicator lights are on, the machine is not responding to any button presses or starting a new cycle. And the water at the bottom is still not draining.

i there, I need someone to take a look at our commercial dishwasher (Washtech XU model). The water temperature is sitting around 55°C, but it should be reaching 65°C. Because of this, the machine keeps stopping mid-cycle due to low water temperature. I think. Looking for someone experienced with commercial dishwashers who can diagnose and fix the issue. When I put in the rinse aid, it appears to drain out. It's all one part. Ive tried it myself but couldnt take off the old dispenser. It seems like the wire is soldered/fixated? to the dispenser, so I couldnt take it off. So i need an expert's help.
