Looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to inspect and repair a minor leak (~0.024 litres per hour) at the water intake connection of a recently installed dishwasher. Scope of Work: Inspect a dual-outlet (T-type) water supply connector installed between the mains and sink/dishwasher. Assess leaks occurring at the main threaded connection and dishwasher inlet fitting. Verify proper use and application of PTFE (plumber’s) tape and ensure all threaded connections are correctly sealed and torqued. Check for damaged or misaligned gaskets or washers within the fittings. Investigate potential causes of water backflow from the dishwasher that may be contributing to the issue. Ensure there is no damage or restriction to the mains water supply at the point of connection. No new install or major rework is needed — just troubleshooting and correcting an isolated leak issue at the existing connection.
