Hi, I have two small plumbing / appliance issues at home: 1️⃣ Tap handle issue The tap handle turns right but won’t close, and only turns left to shut off. Possibly a reversed or worn-out cartridge. Need it repaired or replaced so the tap works normally. 2️⃣ Dishwasher issue (Omega ODW707XB) The dishwasher powers on and the display works, but no water enters during operation. Could be due to a blocked inlet valve, float switch issue, or water connection problem. Need someone to inspect and fix it so it fills and washes properly again.

Existing built under Bosch dishwasher (SRU53E15AU) has conked out. We’re looking to replace it with a full size (60cm wide) model (not yet purchased, but likely an LG QuadWash). The existing gap needs to be extended by 15cm to allow for installation. Large corner kitchen cabinet to be adjusted accordingly (see pictures below). Looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to inspect and repair a minor leak (~0.024 litres per hour) at the water intake connection of a recently installed dishwasher. Verify proper use and application of PTFE (plumber’s) tape and ensure all threaded connections are correctly sealed and torqued. Check for damaged or misaligned gaskets or washers within the fittings. Investigate potential causes of water backflow from the dishwasher that may be contributing to the issue. Ensure there is no damage or restriction to the mains water supply at the point of connection. No new install or major rework is needed — just troubleshooting and correcting an isolated leak issue at the existing connection.

There is always water at the bottom after use. model: ASKO D3530

Dishwasher doesn't always drain properly and leaks. I've cleaned the filter and also checked that the drainage pipe is clear and have replaced the drainage clamps. Dishwasher brand is Platinum

Steps involved: 1. Disconnect old dishwasher in downstairs kitchen 2. Move old dishwasher to outside 3. Disconnect dishwasher in upstairs kitchen 4. Move dishwasher to downstairs kitchen 5. Connect dishwasher in downstairs kitchen Notes: * Might need a trolley to handle the stairs * Might not need any new materials because there was already a dishwasher connected downstairs? * No need to dispose of old dishwasher, I will organise that separately - Due date: Flexible
