Dining table to be sanded and apply a clear varnish over the natural wood colour. Dimensions 2200mm x 900mm I have used some stripper and started a very lite sanding. The varnish would need 2 to 3 coats with minimum to 2-3hr dry time. So potentially that would be a return at some stage to apply additional coat. If you can recommend an ideal clear varnish idea for a dinning table please let me know. We would supply the varnish but would ask if you can supply the tools needed to sand and apply the varnish. If you would prefer I supply sand paper could let me know the grit numbers needed and dimensions of the paper.

I need someone to clean the wall and ceiling of my dining and kitchen area

We have recently renovated our laundry, dining room and office. We have painted all the new skirting boards, but need assistance painting the walls, ceilings, architraves and new doors. We have the paint already as well as some amateur painting equipment. You can of course bring your own gear if you need. The total paint work area is about 25 square metres. Payment amount by negotiation based on qualifications, experience and time required. Budget advertised is for an unqualified painter.

I require the ceiling, walls, architraves and skirts painting in my living dining and kitchen area in my house. We have opted for Wattyl - Orchid for all surfaces. The house is not tenanted, no furniture inside and the existing carpet is getting replaced for timber flooring. The dining ceiling can be reached with a 6 foot step ladder but the living room is raked so is a little higher.
