You would need to be waiting for them at the gate after they exit the plane and then help them claim their luggage off the carousel. They need to be transferred to the Mantra Crown Tower where they will need help to locate their room and help with the lock-box for keys to enter the apartment. Once installed they need to be taken to the nearby Coles. They can shop for themselves but will need to be taken back to Mantra with the groceries and helped back to their room. There is a manager onsite if there are any issues but it should all be fine as planned.
