Remove a large toolbox from Ute tray

I need a toolbox (see pics) removed from a 2010 Colorado tray. It seems to be bolted down at at least two points underneath (see pic with red circle). I don't have the tools or knowhow to get it done so need some help from someone who does. - Due date: Flexible
