Need carpentry assistance to build deck with owner at rear of property. Looking at 1-2 days work. Materials and most tools supplied. Deck area approximately 30m2. No digging required as going over existing pavers. Owner will dig stump support holes, only joinery and measuring skills/advice needed. Must be qualified carpenter/builder. Handyman ok but will need verifiable proof of past work.

What’s involved: Move outdoor furniture and planters from the deck to the garage and side walkway (there’s one large table that will need two people to lift). Clean the Merbau deck using a proper deck cleaner (no pressure washer). This will need scrubbing by hand or with deck brushes. Once the deck is clean, pressure wash the surrounding area including: Roof and eaves of the covered area Brick walls Privacy screens Important notes: No pressure washer on the deck itself. I’ll provide the pressure washer and deck cleaner. You’ll need your own brushes, buckets, and general cleaning tools. We can’t help with lifting at this end, so please ensure two people are available. Structural base is already in place. Just need the decking to be cut and nailed around an above pool. The area is approx 50sqm, hard wood decking 90x19, 550 lineal meters.

Repair the edging and step of a wooden deck. The wood needs to be replaced as it has been affected by the weather and water. The wood seems to be either weathered or rotted.
