Old wood deck boards to be removed from a balcony deck. Newtechwood composite deckboards to be installed. These will be supplied along with all the fittings. Skip can be supplied or you can include in your price for the cost of disposal. Approximately 40m2 - floor plan and photos attached. I also need the balastrade updated (if you've seen the phots you will understand)- looking at stainless steel wire so also open to quotes with suggestions for this.

Build a low approx 3m x 3.3m composite deck in brown. As it is over a drain, boards will need to be screwed down to allow access. Eko Deck classic from Bunnings is a good option. If you have a different supplier that can cut boards to exact length that can be an option or if you could do something like this so there is little wastage of boards in photo 3 (if using Bunnings Eko deck as come in 5.4m). A 4mx4m timber deck on/over a 2mx2m concrete water tank using 150x30mm Merbau planks fixed with SS decking screws on Cyprus or concrete stumps, treated pine bearers & Joists. I’m happy to contribute my labour to digging stump holes, laying decking etc

Looking for someone with experience and expertise in staining timber and painting to: 1. Stain a new 6m X 4m timber deck in our backyard made of treated pine (refer to image) to preserve the timber and keep it looking fresh, including supplying the stain (I'll pick something from Bunnings), prepare the surface and stain the timber with a brush and applicator. 2. Old cement fibro home, requires someone with carpentry skills to replace rotting timbers and replace some supporting beams. There is also a timber gate that needs to be re-framed - as the existing frame is falling apart. Due date: Needs to be completed ASAP.

1. Replace section of balustrade as shown in pic (supply and install) 2. Replace 2 support posts as indicated in pic 3. Replace rotten beam under the deck 7 metres. This beam is the full width on the deck - Due date: Flexible

About 5 sqm of decking needs replacing to match existing. Remove a small sandpit.

Extend an existing timber deck by an area of 4m x 3m. Holes have been drilled for posts (5 off) and two of the posts are already on site. All timber boards are on site but sub frame support timber needs to be supplied. Once completed I will be having the whole deck sandblasted so need to do any sanding or apply apply oil etc. - Due date: Before Monday, 31 October 2022
