Shovel and stockpile approximately 1.5m3 of gravel from deck. Demolish deck and retaining wall, stack timber in driveway. If possible take rubbish to tip Approximately 1.5 days for 2 people.

I have about 24 decking boards to be lifted to gain access to a drain under the deck. The boards are nailed in most places but screwed in at the ends with a hex type screw - the heads of which are stripped. I want to preserve the boards to replace them after. I have 250 linear metres of 70mm wide treated pine decking being delivered. It needs to be painted. Although painting decking is not rocket science , must have decent painting experience so I don’t need to monitor. Will pay an hourly rate. Can supply materials, or supply and charge.

The railing is shaky. The bolt that holds the railing in place is loose and needs tightening. But, I can't access it as it's located in an awkward spot.
