Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to finish the front of an existing concrete outdoor kitchen using vertical slatted Ecodeck/composite timber, based on the attached design.Pics included of current state + the design. The concrete kitchen structure is already built. The job is primarily framing, installing the slatted finish/doors and installing internal shelving. Kitchen layout: (measurements are roughly correct, not 100% - Left section is approx. 1.3m wide: slatted doors/front. Internally divide vertically into two sections. Left half remains available for existing sink plumbing; right half to have 2 horizontal storage shelves. - Middle section is approx. 0.9m wide: BBQ is above, recessed into the concrete. Below, divide into 2 sections - one for the gas bottle and one for storage with shelving. - Right section is approx. 1.4m wide: double-door outdoor fridge will occupy almost the full height + width. No slatted doors in front of the fridge - Ecodeck/slatted finish is only required around the fridge to create a neat integrated appearance. The slatted Ecodeck needs to sit in front of the existing concrete structure, rather than inside/recessed within the concrete openings. Doors need to open properly and have suitable outdoor hinges/frame/support. Important – surrounding tiles: The crazy paving is already finished, and there is currently an uneven gap between the paving and the concrete kitchen. The new Ecodeck frontage therefore needs to be installed as close/neatly to the existing paving as practical, with minimal visible gap, while still allowing the doors to open freely. Open to thoughts on existing paving and it needing to be cut to a straighter line Looking for a clean, professional finish with consistent vertical slat spacing, straight lines and neat integration with the existing concrete. Please quote for labour and advise what materials/fixings/framing you recommend. I can purchase the Ecodeck/materials once quantities are confirmed.

I’m after a floating deck with pergola to be built at the back of my house. I’m not fussed on materials. I’m after the most cost effective in this climate. I’ve attached some pics of what I’m looking for. The last 3 photos is where I want the deck. I tried using pallets but gave up. It’s now cleared and ready to start with someone more skilled

To be removed - very old above ground pool - 2 x smallish decks that are also very old - 1 x shed and pool equipment shelter - smalls rocks from around the pool area - 1 x concrete slab near and under shed (approx 100ml thick with fill underneath) - old pool fence - bamboo fencing from back wall - frangipani tree - can be arranged to give away if anyone wants it. Some items can go out for council pick up and some can be recycled. (I can confirm) and some will need to go to tip

Small timber Outdoor courtyard oiled

Under deck is a gap in fence. Need to fix so dog can’t go into neighbours yard. Put together a newly delivered BBQ (small). Replace down light. Additional if they are able to remove broken down cardboard boxes.

Hi! I'd like a quote for exterior painting on my handrails and balustrade. It is already pre-primed LOSP wood with an undercoat applied already. Specific instructions: 1. Sand back all undercoated balustrade, fill any holes using the appropriate fillers, gap fill all gaps using the appropriate fillers. 2. Apply two coats of Weather Shield gloss paint, colour TBA. 3. Lightly sand all deck using soft pad followed by a deck soft wash. 4. Applying multiple coats to stain the Merbau timber deck to ensure the correct protection. Thank you!

Have existing roofing over decking, it leaks, it’s just a plastic roof. Need something up to date. Might need gutters around roof patched up from leaks also.

I need two sets of stairs and a small deck landing sanded. They need to be finished ready to be oiled. Oiling is not required, just the sanding. Wood is blackbutt. 1 set of stairs has 13 treads, the stringer edge and a small landing 1m x 1m, the other set has 10 treads only.
