Missing skirting part as shown on photos after removing the old wardrobe. Would like to add skirting for missing park, or to replace skirting in this bedroom. Also missing cornice part while removing old wardrobe in another bedroom, and would like to get it fixed up. Thank you.

Rainwater pipe on top of tiled roof flowing down to gutter next to it. Guessing maybe the overflow comes into the roof space dripping through the cornice below it. The leak comes from cornice. Need to thoroughly check it please.

Cornice fixing and patch work

We had a granny flat done last year, but there was no cornice put in the bathroom, and will need it to be supplied and installed.The bathroom is approximately 2m x 2.4m and is tiled to the ceiling with just a small gap. There is also a small hole where an exhaust fan used to be that needs to be patched in the ceiling.

Re-install ceiling cornice to bathroom 3 x 1.75 and WC .8 x 1.8. Owner to supply cornice and cement. Note install over ceramic tiled walls.

Repair cracks under the cornices corners

House build in mid 2010s has a lot of cracking along cornices throughout the house from settlement over time. Looking at getting the entire house (4 bed 2 bath) checked & repairs done. Vast majority of the house is just minor, thin cracks top or bottom of the cornice from where it has pulled from the ceiling or wall which should be very quick to fix up. There are maybe 5-6 large cracks as shown in the photos that will take a bit longer. No painting needed - just patch the cracks so ALL cornices look nice, flush & clean.

Needing someone with experience in painting to colourmatch and repaint the cornices of my office. Some paint came off when removing masking tape, and i dont have the skill to cut in and blend the paint to match the original without making a mess of it!
