I have an old Simpson Nova oven and cooktop, want to replacement it with a 60cm Westinghouse WVE6314SD and cooktop, just requires the old 32A hard wiring circuit replaced by a 10A outlet behind oven, I will dump old oven. Can texted photo of old oven. Regards Barry

We have bought a secondhand oven and just need a hand to pull out and replace the old oven. Standard 60cm oven. Pretty flexible on times. No need to take away old oven, just to pull out and install the new (pictured)

I’m looking for a licensed electrician for a small job at my rental property in Clontarf next Wednesday, 7 October. There are two jobs to complete: - Remove the existing electric cooktop and install a new replacement cooktop - Replace a faulty/intermittent light switch I’ll purchase and supply the new cooktop and switch beforehand, so I’m really just looking for someone to handle the electrical installation and connection. I’ll be at the property at the same time doing a few minor maintenance jobs, so access is easy and there’s no need to coordinate separately with the tenant once the time is locked in. The cooktop is being replaced rather than repaired, so I’m not looking for fault-finding on the appliance itself — just removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. My rangehood and induction cook top are not working and need fixing or replacement. 2 of the hot plates don’t work at all, and the others can only use one at a time. Rangehood just clunks loudly when turned on something is very wrong with it. Looking for someone qualified who can help me with this job please.

We have an Everdure 4-burner gas cooktop in our townhouse and the gas pressure/flame from the burners is currently very weak. The cooktop still lights and operates, but the flame output is much lower than it should be and cooking takes considerably longer. We own the townhouse and have access to the property's gas meter/regulator. Photos of the cooktop and gas meter are attached. Looking for a licensed gas fitter to: - Diagnose the cause of the low gas pressure/flame. - Check the gas pressure at the cooktop. - Check the cooktop/burners, jets and appliance regulator if applicable. - Check whether there is an issue with the gas supply, regulator or line feeding the cooktop. - Rectify the problem if it is a straightforward service/adjustment/repair. - Let us know if any additional parts or larger repairs are required before proceeding.
