We have specific dietary requirements (mainly organic, gluten free, dairy free, low histamine), so you'd be working off our recipes only to begin with. They are fairly basic recipes, but we want someone with good attention to detail. After some time, we'd be happy to consider alterations or suggested meals that fit within our dietary constraints. I work long construction hours and need proper filling meals, not small diet meals or packaged gym-style meals. Looking for 10–15 large serves per week. High protein, decent carbs, vegetables, moderate salt.
