We're a couple in Prahran looking for someone who already has this figured out. My partner is pregnant and we're both time-poor — we just want to come home to something genuinely good to eat, five nights a week, without having to think about it. We're looking for a weekly cook who comes to our place once a week, spends a few hours prepping 5 dinners and 5 lunches for two, portions everything properly, and leaves the kitchen clean. Each week you propose the meals, I sign off, you shop and cook. The parameters don't change much: High protein, lean — grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, wild-caught fish (snapper, barramundi, salmon — no high-mercury fish like tuna or swordfish) Lots of plant diversity and vegetables in every meal Whole foods only — organic where possible, no preservatives Cuisines we love: Asian (Thai, Japanese, Korean), Mediterranean, Modern Australian, hearty comfort food Pregnancy-safe food handling is important You'd shop for ingredients (budget provided separately, roughly ~$200/week reimbursed on receipt). Labour budget is $180 per session. We're not looking for a one-off. If it clicks, this is a long-term weekly arrangement.
