Without blowing a hole in the pocket, I just need some help putting together my meal preps It’s mostly eggs, fat free leg ham, capsicum mushrooms, beef mince, raw chicken, corn kernel, black beans and rice 3 meals a day! 7 day prep I have: Electric stove I’ve got all the right cooking stuff that I need and ingredients. I just don’t have containers to put it all in… yet.
