I’m looking for a reliable, organised home cook to come to my home in the Doncaster area for approximately 4 hours once a week to help with batch cooking and food preparation. This isn’t a personal-chef or fine-dining role. I already know what I want prepared and will provide the recipes/instructions and groceries. The aim is simply to have good food cooked or prepared in advance so meals are easy during the week. Tasks may include: * batch cooking freezer-friendly meals * preparing staples and some baking * washing, chopping and preparing ingredients * preparing or cooking meal components * portioning and labelling food for the fridge/freezer * cleaning the kitchen afterwards For the first session, I’d like to do a 4-hour paid trial. If it works well for both of us, I’d like this to become a regular weekly arrangement. You don’t need to be a professional chef. I’m looking for someone who is a confident home cook, efficient, reliable, comfortable following recipes and familiar with safe food preparation and storage.
