My shower head keeps dripping even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. It’s a traditional shower with separate hot and cold twist taps (not a mixer). I think one of the internal washers or seals needs to be replaced. Looking for a licensed plumber to fix it and supply the replacement parts if needed.

Remove 2 palm trees. Stumps can be left in. Each tree is 15-20cm in diameter. Fence panels can be pulled down to access as new fence is going up on Tuesday. Must have insurance.

Change old tap handles and spout wth new ones I have bought. I have photos of both.

My Asko D3110 dishwasher appears to be stuck in drain/flood protection mode. Water continues to circulate and the drain pump runs constantly, even after turning the machine off and back on. I’ve turned off the water mains, which confirms it’s not filling — the pump just keeps running. This is the second time in 2.5 years that this issue has occurred. I suspect it may be related to the float switch, leak sensor, or flood tray. I’m looking for someone who has experience with Asko dishwashers (or similar European models) to inspect and repair it.

My gas heater keeps turning off randomly. I noticed one of the parts (Control valve?) is cracked (photo attached), but not sure if that’s what’s causing the problem. Looking for someone who can take a look and fix the issue. Bring parts just in case.

Hi, I’m looking for a certified plumber to help identify and fix my plumbing issue. Every time I turn off a tap, there’s a creaking or knocking sound in the pipes. Also, one of the taps at the back is almost unusable. The sound is loud when I turn on the tap and the pipe is a bit shaking. Please let me know the price for fixing the issue.
