Shower is leaking water. Seems taps sealings need to be replaced

Need to grind the stumps of yuccas, drill holes and poison. Wrecking the fence and the deck as they spread.

A few plumbing issues. Bath tub tap has a constant leak. Guest bathroom shower has a slow flow and hot water takes a while to start flowing. Main bathroom has a leak on the wall side attachment.

We've just cut down 6 trees in our yard, however it'll be too time consuming for us to remove the remaining stumps. There are 6 to be removed, not big but probably needs more than a shovel and pick. Prefer someone that has a stump grinder to get the job done quickly. Waste may or may not fit in our green bin if it's empty. Easy access to the backyard to get the grinder through.
