Have already cut down the 8 x banana trees (in a clump) in backyard and removed them. Remaining trunks are 80cms -1.5 metres high. Required the trunks and stumps to be dug out/grinded/removed. Property is a townhouse - access to yard is down side of house. Gate width 1 metre (see photo).

Had 10x stair nosings recently replaced on a staircase. It’s hybrid flooring. The stairs have silicon sealing / caulking along the edges of each side of the treads where it meets the wall/staircase frame. Looking for an airtasker to reseal the edges neatly so it all matches and looks aesthetically good. Colour matched silicon supplied. Total of 10x steps over 2x flights. Job may involve removing some of the old silicon on the treads for one nice clean line. Job in Taigum (5 mins from Chermside Westfield). Flexible on when it can be done either Saturday or Sunday. Will need own caulking gun, tube of colour matched silicon supplied. - Due date: Before Sunday, 26 March 2023

I have click clack Vinyl Planks installed which have gaps Scope of work is 1) Fix gaps between the Vinyl Planks, replace some planks if they are damaged 2) Install Quad on the external of existing skirting 3) Install Transitions where the planks terminate at entry of other rooms 4) Spare Planks are available if required, Quad is available, Transitions are available. Power tools and Consumables will be yours. Quad Length Fixing is 27 to 28 m in length. Transition plates to be nailed down at 3 or 4 locations. In general it seems like 4 hours job - Due date: Flexible
