My outdoor clothesline pole has collapsed (see photos). The clothesline frame itself is intact and working, but the vertical metal pole has come loose or broken at the base. It may need to be re-secured into the ground or replaced, depending on the damage. Looking for someone who can: • Assess the pole and advise if it can be reused or needs replacement • Reinstall or replace the pole securely into the ground • Ensure the clothesline is stable and functional again

My front door steps has broken. Unsure whether the whole thing needs to be replaced or it can be patched up. I am with the NDIS so looking for someone to be under the $50 / hour rate. Please only apply if you can make this work

I unattached my washing machine today and the 2 taps have been leaking since. 1 in particular is quite a lot. Looking to fix asap instead of waiting for real estate next week to get to it. I have a small office that needs some paint touch ups on the wall - paint supplied. There is also some glue recently applied to fix up some tables and it's left some residue (attached) that they would like tidied up or covered. I also have large boardroom desks in a Hot Desk office that are apparently a little wobbly so would like their sturdiness checked and addressed.

I need to install taps in my laundry room so the tap can accomodate garden hose and normal usage.
