Remove old vanity and sink/mixer tap, install new vanity and sink/mixer tap (already onsite); water supply to this sink is already switched off, as this is a replacement due to faulty taps. This is in an apartment bathroom, up one set of internal stairs, very basic 750mm wide sink and single mixer tap.

My units air conditioning unit keeps tripping the fuse. I’d like someone qualified to come and check it out / find the problem and fix it

Large solid wood dining table currently has thick lacquer on it. We would like it to be sanded back and stained with a tinted wood oil we have purchased. We also have three plywood desk tops. We need them to be sanded and stained with a white wood oil. It’s possible to do this at our home in the garden, or to remove and bring back the pieces. The terrace would need to be vacuumed and cleaned if you do it there. See pics attached. We will supply the oil stains, everything else would need to be supplied by you.

Hi I have two taps leaking - both attached to showers. I also need a blind put up and a fly screen replaced but these are lower priorities

We currently have pre-existing concrete steps which we are looking for a qualified builder to build some solid timber steps over the top of. As seen in the attached photos, we have pre-existing concrete steps In the last photo, you will see the timber steps from our neighbour who has done the same thing (they also have brick/concrete steps underneath. We do need supply as well as install as we're not sure exactly what is needed to build the steps. Just some solid timber like what is seen in the last 2 photos - we will be happy to paint the steps themselves once built.

I need help either taking apart and putting back together a bed head, or help manoeuvring it up my staircase. I've tried taking it up the stairs, but it gets stuck. but if you think you can, please help.

We need someone with expertise and the relevant materials to fill the gaps on the wall/floor, as when we took off the skirt to fit the fridge the wall was left with the holes. We want to make sure it is closed properly so no insects will make their way. The area is very small (approximately 50 cm x 3 cm) and with the proper tools we think it can be completed quite easily, we think!

The kitchen tap is plumbed out of the wall instead of up from the counter. It is loose and falls and leaks and needs replacing or repairing. We can’t find the appropriate parts but want something nice so may need you to source the fixtures as well as install. Or repair the existing.

The taps in the apartment have very weak water pressure. I checked with building mgmt and they said it’s because the taps are old and plumber needs to fix. Please quote price for all fees including anything that needs to be purchased. I need the kitchen sink tap and the bathroom tap pressure to be stronger. Would be good if shower pressure could be stronger too. Also if I buy a kitchen tap from Bunnings how much is it to change the tap? Thanks

The toilet seat on a built-in type toilet is loose and I can’t see where it might be tightened so you would need some background in this also leaking taps. I also wish to consider changing the taps in the kitchen, which comes out of the wall to one that comes out of the bench This would be a different job and require different talents. I’m sure probably a Plumber.
