I’ve tried to put my tv on the wall but it’s like there’s metal or something behind the cement. I have a metal drill and it still didn’t work not sure what I need to do to mount

Old mount not to be disposed of. Also need the cabling properly run through the plasterboard wall so there are no visible cables. Want it done neatly and securely (into studs, not just plaster). Please bring all required fixings/tools and patch any minor holes if needed. Clean finish is important. Must be experienced with wall-mount installs and cable concealment.
