Scope of Work: 5 x timbre stumps replaced to concrete stumps. I need a qualified tradesperson to remove existing stumps and supply and install new concrete stumps as per structural plans. The job involves: • Removing existing timber stumps • Preparing footing holes to specified depths • Supplying and installing new 100mm or concrete stumps with galvanised rods

4 external wooden steps are wobbly and loose. Previous repair did not last. The groove that the steps sit in has eroded.

Needs to paint a patch on a wall that has been painted but with a wrong white paint. Need to paint that and few touch ups trough out the apartment for a rental property.

There was a hedge that has been removed, but the stumps are still in place and need to be ground down. There are seven small stumps in total. Stumps with small limbs will be cut back so only the stump remains for removal. When: Needs to be completed before Monday.

Looking for a handyman to fix a few small things around the home, ideally one person for all tasks. 1. Fix two door handles rhatare about to fall off 2. Patch up a small hole in the wall (about 3cm wide) 3. Replace the screen on the security door (new flyscreen provided) 4. Looking for someone to fit these electric lamps on the ceiling there is wired connection. You just need to detach the wires from the electric spotlight and attach it to the lamp. You might need to place a hole in the ceiling as well.
