Two small stumps (1x pittosporum, 1x elm) to be removed. Pictures attached. Both have been cut down. Both trees cut closer to ground cut since photos taken. Access to the trees is via a staircase also shown. The elm tree is right up against the fence which may cause an issue. I need these current steps to be demolished, and a new timber frame with new tiling to be done. We have the tiles but all other materials will need to be provided.

2 sides of architrave around 2 windows need to be cut and installed. Architrave strips have been delivered. Need to be cut to size. 3 strips of existing architraves will need to be removed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 2 November 2022

Just need the washers changed in 6x sets of taps. Need you to supply the parts required. Should be generic for all taps.
