6x5 garage , not sealed just bare but need a grind prep done

We are building a Pilates studio and are laying vinyl floor boards. They told us the flooring isn’t totally levelled so we need to get this done before we can lay the flooring. We would like quotes for this job.

I have a 4m x 4m gym/rumpus room under the house with an uneven/rough old concrete floor. I want it levelled so I can install vinyl plank tiles or similar on top. The surface is swept and vacuumed and the room will be emptied of all items/weights etc but will need cleaning/priming and levelling with ardit or similar levelling compound (I can purchase the primer/ardit once quantities are estimated). Laying of the vinyl tiles at a later time may also be required.
