My home WiFi isn’t working properly, and the internet company’s technician said something is interfering with the service. I’m looking for an expert who can diagnose the issue and suggest or implement a fix.

My 3 year old Mac book has stopped working all of a sudden and I’ve taken it to Apple and they said it’s not battery related or water damage. In order to get it fixed tho I need to get the data recovered first.

I have a new Brother QL-700 label printer that I can’t setup on my MacBook. The Mac sees it as a USB stick (or similar), not a printer. Google says this is a frequent issue with Brother & Macs but I just can’t get the workarounds to work. Need someone with better tech skills than me! Must be available between 10am-2pm on March 17 (Monday). Need the printer connected then a simple mail merge setup to print address labels. Job to be done in person, not remotely. Location is Dolans Bay (near Cronulla) and you'll need to arrive between 11am and midday.

My wifi says it’s connected to the tv however the apps on the tv won’t open up to view. My modem shows all green lights are on. I get a grey dot in the middle of my screen if I want to install apps

Hi, getting a few issues with orbi configuration and the network in home office. Is a wired network in the office (orbi router->switch->second switch-2*PC's) + a wireless (orbi + 3 satellites) network for multiple devices. It has a 6g, IOT, Guest and standard wifi setup. Help needed - Update orbi's to latest FW....https://www.netgear.com/support/product/rbke962/#download - Remove netgear router and connect orbi direct to nbn box/nbn. Had issues with configuring the orbi for this before and needed to add a netgear router (RAXE500) between the orbi and the NBN box. - Check pc's in office are getting max wired connection (ideally remove second switch and run second lan cable) - Printer can't print when connected to lan but can when on wireless or windows machines stop connecting to the printer, perhaps due to changing IP of printer. - make virtual lan for office/gaming/streaming that prioritises traffic for some devices over the standard wifi that has IoT devices connected) - re-add orbi satellite as not connecting now

We purchased the Netgear Orbi Dual band Mesh wifi 6 system after the recent installation of nbn fttp. The wifi regularly drops out. Optus modem still shows Internet and we've had this monitored by Optus. Have reset and still experiencing issues. Need assistance to troubleshoot.
