The laptop is painfully slow on boot up, and to respond to any program being used, I am open to an upgraded motherboard being installed if that will make it quicker

Accidently deleted Microsoft Office, business email has stopped working. check DNS & Domain settings, set up personal, work and business accounts, check shopify store settings. Domains were set up through Go Daddy. Revert back to Outlook Classic, don't like new outlook. Get all things working and syncing.
