Hi there, We’re looking for a highly experienced home networking and smart home technician to assist with troubleshooting and improving the network setup We recently upgraded to Aussie Broadband Fibre NBN (500/500) and initially the service performed extremely well for first months. However, we are now experiencing reliability and performance issues that appear to be related to our internal network configuration Current Setup • Aussie Broadband Fibre NBN • Google Nest Pro mesh Wi-Fi system (5 access points) • Existing in-wall Ethernet cabling throughout the home Scope of Work Diagnose & Optimise Network We need an experienced networking professional to: • Troubleshoot and optimise the current Google Nest Pro mesh setup • Ensure stable, reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property (at 500MPBS)_ • Review overall network configuration and performance • Identify any issues with topology, interference, switching, backhaul, or device placement We would like to hardwire the Google Nest Pro units using the existing Ethernet cabling already installed throughout the home. As we’ve recently purchased the property, we do not currently have a wiring map, so part of the job will involve identifying and testing where the Ethernet ports terminate. New Ethernet Cable Run We also require a new Ethernet cable run from the current NBN modem/router location to a communications cupboard in the hallway. Issues connecting and holding connection to wi-fi. Recently had broadband installed - signal on iMac is strong. Also issues with Safari - especially when making on-line purchases/e-banking. Also get interrupted by pop-ups in relation to connecting to thunderbolt - which is not used on the iMac.

Customer reported an issue that he accidentally download the second Microsoft 365 program thinking it was just an update Now he got two running on his computer and it's causing Havoc.

I need assistance in setting up Pro Tools. I originally tried using Audacity but then realized I probably needed better software. I am trying to connect my mics and audio interface to my laptop so that it's set up and ready for podcasting/interviewing. I have tried hard to figure out how to do it and work with the free version of Pro Tools, but I'm feeling a bit deflated and think it's time to ask for help. If you could help set it up and show me how it all works, that would be amazing. I would be so grateful. The podcast is for a great cause and I think it will help a lot of people, so I'm eager to get it up and running, and this is the only thing that's stopping me. Thank you. 🫶
