I've bought a new house, the last owner has installed a bunch of smart tech which I've not been successful in connecting to apps etc despite some basic instructions left behind by the new owner. Security system (Bosch), Security cameras (HIK Vision), front door bell (also HIK Vision) and a display screen/intercom to the front door bell (also HIK Vision) are all hard wired via ethernet. They route to a hub in the garage. The last owner left them all plugged into the hub and then into a router (TPlink) which he left behind. I've since unplugged the NBN from the TPLink and into my own Eero router, but the TP link remains plugged into the rest of the hub. I've tried using google and Gemini to connect the TPLink Router into my own Eero Router, change the TPLink Router's default IP addresses to prevent conflicts and disabled DHCP on the TPLink Router. But I just can't get those smart devices onto my own Eero network. I primarily need help with the above devices and getting them connected to my network, and then connected to the corresponding apps on my phone. For bonus points, I'm also struggling to connect the Matter-enabled wall switches that control the lights, and also cannot connect to the front gate (BFT brand, already has the wi-fi module installed according to the last owner).

I have a Sawgrass printer that has an ink cartridge that leaked in it. I would like someone to check to make sure it isn't damaged and to clean it. I can drop the printer off and leave it with you for a day or 2.
