My laptop is locked. I need important files from its hard disk.

When I plug my Gaming laptop (Acer nitro 5 an515 57) and launch a game on my computer my window freezes instantly and I can’t do anything on the laptop until I hold the power button and shut it down. But when I un plug the laptop charger and launch the game my windows doesn’t freeze and I can play on the battery.

My solar system and my printer have disconnected from wifi and I cant get them to reconnect. My wifi router is still working ok so that’s not the problem

I run 3 monitors and im having issues with my monitors randomly going black. alot of the times within 5-10 minutes of starting up before i start playing a game. I need to reset the computer and it happens multiple times. I have been told its a display port issue. I have replaced all display ports and I still have this issue. Security cameras at our business keep going offline. Then some work and some don't. We've reset them multiple times but it hasn't fixed the problem and I can't seem to get any technical support.
