Need a general handy person. Help me to fix the internet for a renter. Job should take approx 30min - 1hr max. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem, calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it’s working while on the phone. Property is a rental, you will gain access via a key & lockbox. Note: person does not need to be IT professional or technical. We will be on the phone to tech support, you are just the hands of the operation.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. My laptop had a battery and drive issue. Asus agent replaced SSD and battery and now I cannot access my data off the old SSD as my recovery key I cannot locate anywhere. And they obviously did not backup my data or anything.
