My wife changed the passcode on her iPhone then forgot it. Guessing has resulted in us getting locked out. Apple are unable to do anything except erase all the data and reset it, which we don’t want to do. They did say there are people who can (somehow) backup the data before the reset ….?

MY Apple Music on my Mac won't show any of my enormous music library, telling me "The Music Library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54)". My home network was set-up by NBN installers. The NBN router is connected to a TP-Link modem (from iiNet) and I added two wi-fi extenders. There are still slow spots. So: 1) I suspect that the modem is not in the most efficient location. I'd like help in determining the most efficient location for the modem, and relocating it if required. 2) I am considering replacing the WiFi extenders with a Mesh Network, and would like help/advice on doing this. 3) There are two locations in the house which would benefit from having a wired Ethernet connection. I'd like help/advice on doing this. I've not done AirTasker before - I've had suggestions to book in a consultation visit, with the offer to come following that.
