My Dell Inspiron 14 laptop can see Wi-Fi networks but can't connect properly. It shows 'connected with no internet' while my phone connects fine to the same Wi-Fi. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Wi-Fi adapter, but it only works temporarily. The troubleshooting shows ‘Local IP address not connected’ and ‘Can’t reach the default gateway.

My 5 year old laptop computer is running on Windows 10 and is running a little slow with memory issues. I am experiencing issues with my Outlook program where it often freezers due to a growing mailbox across multiple emails.
