NBN connection needs troubleshooting - cables possibly not plugged in correctly

Hi there - looking for a wifi expert to come at help set up our network at new house. It is four story, with key NBN wiring on ground floor. We are using TP Link set up with one booster. Need help creating one network throughout the house with consistent speed.

New internet set up. Need to reconnect and reconnect all other devices, cameras, alarms etc
