Hi all, I need an end of lease/bond clean BOND BACK GUARANTEE. I have attached what my real estate requires. I will also be need the main bedroom steamed clean along with the living area. I will do my best to have the house as clean as possible for you. The tiles in the kitchen, the grout may need a decent scrub. The windows inside and out and the window sills will defiantly need a clean and the blinds. The range hood and oven will also need a decent clean. I am open to prices, just don’t have much of an idea what people charge. I am also looking for someone who will come and fix something that is missed in original clean for no extra fee as the real estate lady said to list this.
