Looking for a reliable, detail oriented general cleaner to do 'touch-up' cleaning for a vacant 4BR house (indoor and outdoor) that has already been professionally cleaned. This is a 'touch up' job and also to get to areas that the professional cleaners didnt get to. The house is vacant. We've had some works done since it was last professionally cleaned (April) and we need help to make sure it presents well, in time for a house inspection. While the job is primarily a surface clean, we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and does things properly the first time. We’ve had cleaners leave footprints after mopping, leave streaky surfaces — so we want to be clear up front: attention to detail really matters. The job involves tasks like: Vacuuming all carpets, mopping floors. We have had workmen walk on carpets with their boots on. Wiping down 3 bathrooms ensuring mirrors, vanity tops and toilets are free of marks or dirt left by handymen. No need to scrub down bathrooms. Wiping down kitchen and stove areas. Some debris from stove repairs recently done. Wiping of areas with hand marks/ prints, dust, especially on windows and doors. Sweeping off debris/leaves/branches from the decking areas (at the front, side and back of the house) and washing deck areas - this may involve scrubbing any leaf/branch marks off. Sweeping and disposing of leaves/branches (into waste bins) that may be in pathways. Cleaning of miscellaneous dusty/messy areas (both indoor and outdoor) that need attention, that we will point out. This must be completed in 5h and will be supervised. $50/hr Equipment and supplies must be provided by air tasker.
