I need a 120kg air compressor loaded from a trailer in Cooranbong onto the back of my ute, and then I need the air compressor unloaded off the back of the ute in Freemans Waterhole and manually carried into a different shipping container across a distance of approximately 15m. The surface is gravel terrain, so a dolly to wheel it would need to be all terrain. I can help lift on/off the ute, but I'm not the strongest person going around and the posted task would require you to take the lead. If you have lifting straps to use that will be useful. We need cleaning in a small granny flat with only 4 rooms including bathroom. There is also a small laundry room. The unit has 5 windows (including glass door) to be cleaned inside and outside, 2 blinds, kitchen cupboards, and cabinets, a kitchen microwave oven, stovetop, and a small bathroom. This is an end-of-lease/bond cleaning so the whole house and the above-mentioned spaces will need thorough cleaning including sweeping, mopping, wiping down. We have already had someone come and clean, however, the agent was not happy with the job done, and unfortunately, some basic things were omitted as well. Essentially the house is clean, just needs a bit more polishing to make it up to their standards. We have a checklist that they go by.
