Looking for a reliable, experienced unpacker and home organiser to help set up our new home over two days. You’ll be unpacking boxes, sorting and organising belongings into their proper spaces (wardrobes, kitchen, cabinetry, storage), and cleaning as you go so each room is left tidy and ready to use. I’m after someone with a sharp eye for organisation, who works methodically and efficiently, and who genuinely enjoys turning a chaotic, boxed-up space into a clean, functional home. What I need: • Unpack boxes and remove/flatten packaging • Sort and organise items logically by room and zone • Set up wardrobes, kitchen, and storage in a sensible, easy-to-live-with layout • Clean surfaces, shelves, and floors as areas are cleared • Leave each completed room tidy and finished Requirements: • Strong cleaning and organising skills (this is essential, not a nice-to-have) • Available both Friday 3 July and Saturday 4 July • Efficient, self-directed, and able to make smart organising decisions with minimal supervision • Honest and trustworthy (you’ll be handling personal belongings)

4 bedroom 3 bathroom house needs thorough post Christmas clean. We are very posantic about corners and dust etc. kitchen, bathrooms and Laundry needs very thoroughly scrubbed. We also have a balcony and BBQ sink area which we would like a bit of a clean with the outside table and chairs to be wiped down. Also have a small back porch we would like swept and small table outside wiped down. Rest is dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Please bring own products. We have a small dog- very friendly.

We need a reliable person for regular house cleaning and ideally some gardening, although if you only want to house clean that is fine too. Estimating it would be 5 hours a week in total (cleaning and gardening) $40 p/h,$200/week, extra first week to allow for fees. Gardening is mainly weeding, occasional hedge trimming, topiary, sweeping, no lawn mowing, prefer if you have your own tools. House cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens, etc, 2 storey home, maybe occasional washing, ironing, bedmaking sometimes.
